Given the importance of investment in human and physical resources and knowledge in burn injuries for improving health service performance, this study endeavoured to identify resource production challenges in the burn care of Iran. ⋯ In general, investment in different areas would help provide better burn services, including educating and empowering employees, motivating through identifying and defining their needs, and considering points for job stressors as work hardship, burnout and workplace harassment. Other areas of investment are increasing the recruitment of burn section personnel, providing burn specialized equipment and updating them, providing standard physical space, and supplying consumables such as medicines and dressings.

This paper describes the process undertaken to implement voluntary assisted dying (VAD) in Victoria, Australia. While the Bill became law in December 2017, an 18-month implementation period was allocated to anticipate the clinical complexities of how VAD would occur in various settings, requiring an exhaustive process to address the significant changes required of health services. ⋯ Written from the perspective of those involved in planning the implementation, it is hoped that articulating this Victorian experience will assist others. Implementation is a complex process and takes time; it must be broadly collaborative and reflective, to ensure both health professionals and community members understand the legislative changes, as well as the responses required.

Impact of COVID-19 on access to healthcare in low- and middle-income countries: Current evidence and future recommendations.
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to be a major public health threat globally and low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) are not an exception. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is far-reaching on many areas including but not limited to global health security, economic and healthcare delivery with a potential impact on access to healthcare in LMICs. We evaluate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on access to healthcare in LMICs, as well as plausible strategies that can be put in place to ensure that the delivery of healthcare is not halted. In order to mitigate the devastating effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the already weak health systems in LMICs, it is much necessary to reinforce and scale up interventions and proactive measures that will ensure that access to healthcare is not disrupted even in course of the pandemic.

"A community system": A critical foundation for the epidemic prevention and control of SARS-CoV-2.
In response to COVID-19 that has constituted a global pandemic, countries around the world have successively adopted a myriad of prevention and control measures. As the first country with the COVID-19 outbreak, the Chinese government has adopted a series of timely and strict prevention and control measures against the spread of the SARS-CoV-2, which has effectively slowed down the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 and created a valuable window for the international community to overcome the epidemic. ⋯ At the same time, it also exposed the problems of the community prevention and control epidemic system in terms of infrastructure, human resources, and internal systems. Based on this, this article suggests that we should improve the hardware facilities of community, improve the internal mechanism of the community, strengthen the stability of the community talent team, improve the level of linkage between the community and other departments to prevent and control the spread of SARS-CoV-2, effectively use information technology and actively mobilize social forces to help community prevention and control COVID-19.

ReviewImpact of 3D printed medical equipment on the management of the Covid19 pandemic.
Very high mortality rates of coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) are observed around the world due to lack of medical equipment. The increased need for medical devices and personal protective equipment (PPE) has kept several healthcare professionals at risk. ⋯ Indeed, the existing medical equipment fabricated by 3D printing technology and its role in the management of Covid19 pandemic is presented. Moreover, the last works are examined to know whether the models of the medical equipment are free of use and whether useful informations are presented (eg, available design data and setup guidelines).
