  This article aims to assess the utility of CURB-65 in predicting 30-day mortality in adult patients hospitalized with COVID-19. ⋯ CURB-65 ≥ 2 was associated with higher 30-day mortality on the univariate (Kaplan-Meier estimator) and multivariate (Cox regression) analysis.

  [Derivation and validation of a risk score for admission to the intensive care unit in patients with COVID-19].

  This work aims to identify and validate a risk scale for admission to intensive care units (ICU) in hospitalized patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). ⋯ A simple prediction score was a useful tool for forecasting the probability of ICU admission with a high degree of precision.
