Case ReportsTinea corporis due to Trichophyton violaceum: A report of two cases.
Dermatophytes are Fungi which infect keratinized tissues, that is, skin epidermis, hair and nails. Trichophyton violaceum is an anthropophilic, cosmopolitan dermatophyte. ⋯ We present a report of two cases of tinea corporis due to T. violaceum in children.
