Natural History of Asymptomatic Esophageal Subepithelial Tumors of 30 mm or Less in Size.
No definite guidelines for the management of small esophageal subepithelial tumors (SETs) have been established, because there are limited data and studies on their natural history. We aimed to assess the natural history and propose optimal management strategies for small esophageal SETs. ⋯ Regular follow-up with EGD or EUS may be necessary for esophageal SETs ≤ 30 mm in size considering that small portion of them has a possibility of malignant potential. When esophageal SETs ≤ 30 mm show significant interval changes, pathological confirmation may precede treatment to avoid unnecessary resection.

Optimal Social Distancing Policy for COVID-19 Control in Korea: A Model-Based Analysis.
Since March 2020, when coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) was declared a pandemic, many countries have applied unprecedented restrictive measures to contain the spread of the virus. This study aimed to explore the optimal social distancing policy for COVID-19 control in South Korea to safely reopen the society. ⋯ In South Korea, given the relatively high vaccination coverage and low incidence, four or more months of social distancing enforcement can effectively mitigate epidemic resurgence after lifting the social distancing measures. In addition, increasing the testing intensity and vaccination rate may help reduce necessary social distancing levels and duration to prevent a future epidemic resurgence and mitigate social and economic damage.

Percutaneous Bone-Anchored Hearing Implant: Is It Clinically Useful in Korean?
The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical effectiveness of Ponto in Korea, a recently released percutaneous bone-anchored hearing implant. ⋯ The Ponto bone-anchored hearing system showed significant clinical benefit in Korean patients with conductive and mixed hearing loss and SSD.

Immunogenicity of COVID-19 Vaccination in Patients With End-Stage Renal Disease Undergoing Maintenance Hemodialysis: The Efficacy of a Mix-and-Match Strategy.
The objective of this study was to evaluate the immunogenicity of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination in patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) on hemodialysis. ⋯ ESRD patients on hemodialysis receiving the mix-and-match strategy (ChAdOx1-BNT162b2) have COVID-19 vaccine immunogenicity comparable to healthy individuals receiving two doses of ChAdOx1.
