Various methods have been implemented for pediatric gastrostomy tube placement. We aimed to investigate the performance status of pediatric gastrostomy in South Korea and to present indications and appropriate methods for domestic situations. ⋯ In Korea, a pediatric gastrostomy is implemented in various ways depending on the institution. Clinicians are concerned about choosing the most effective methods with fewer complications after the procedure. In our study, we reported only a few complications. Korea has good accessibility for pediatric gastrointestinal endoscopy, and this survey showed that it is a safe procedure that can be considered initially in pediatric gastrostomy. This study is expected to help to create optimal pediatric PEG guidelines in Korea.

Healthcare Policy Agenda for a Sustainable Healthcare System in Korea: Building Consensus Using the Delphi Method.
The purpose of this study is to suggest priority tasks necessary for building a sustainable healthcare system in Korea based on the Delphi consensus among healthcare professionals. ⋯ The eight items for which consensus was reached in this study should be prioritized for Korea's sustainable healthcare system. Health policy makers will need to put considerable effort into researching and establishing these priorities.

Evaluation of In-Hospital Cluster of COVID-19 Associated With a Patient With Prolonged Viral Shedding Using Whole-Genome Sequencing.
Patients with hematologic malignancies may produce replication-competent virus beyond 20 days of SARS-CoV-2 infection. However, data regarding the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from patients with prolonged viral shedding is limited. ⋯ Despite the possibility of transmission from the patient with prolonged viral shedding, no evidence of the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from the patient with prolonged positive RT-PCR using WGS was found.

Effects of Air Pollution on Chemosensory Dysfunction in COVID-19 Patients.
In some patients, coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is accompanied by loss of smell and taste, and this has been reportedly associated with exposure to air pollutants. This study investigated the relationship between the occurrence of chemosensory dysfunction in COVID-19 patients and air pollutant concentrations in Korea. ⋯ High concentrations of air pollutants such as PM10, PM2.5, SO2, NO2, and CO on the day of diagnosis increased the risk of developing chemosensory dysfunction from COVID-19 infection. This result underscores the need to actively prevent exposure to air pollution and prevent COVID-19 infection. In addition, policies that regulate activities and products that create high amounts of harmful environmental wastes may help in promoting better health for all during COVID-19 pandemic.
