Breastfeeding Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice among White-Collar and Blue-Collar Workers in Indonesia.
Working status is identified as a major risk factor of poor breastfeeding practices among workers. This study aimed to evaluate the knowledge, attitude, and factors associated with breastfeeding practice among white-collar and blue-collar workers in Indonesia. ⋯ White-collar workers have a better knowledge, attitude, and practice toward breastfeeding. Knowledge improvement related to breastfeeding benefits and supports to working mothers are a key priority, however advocacy to employers, managers, and supervisors in providing breastfeeding facilitation and program support were also critical to successful breastfeeding practice among workers.

Recent Trends in Demographics, Surgery, and Prognosis of Patients with Surgically Resected Lung Cancer in a Single Institution from Korea.
Over the past few decades, demographics information has changed significantly in patients with surgically resected lung cancer. Herein, we evaluated the recent trends in demographics, surgery, and prognosis of lung cancer surgery in Korea. ⋯ The mean age of patients with lung cancer surgery increased gradually, whereas tumor size reduced. Prognosis of lung cancer surgery improved with recent increases in the frequency of adenocarcinoma, video-assisted thoracic surgery, sublobar resection, and pathological stage I. The operation period itself was also an independent prognostic factor for overall survival.

Isolation of Secretome with Enhanced Antifibrotic Properties from miR-214-Transfected Adipose-Derived Stem Cells.
Secretome refers to the total set of molecules secreted or surface-shed by stem cells. The limitations of stem cell research have led numerous investigators to turn their attention to the use of secretome instead of stem cells. In this study, we intended to reinforce antifibrotic properties of the secretome released from adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) transfected with miR-214. ⋯ MicroRNA-214 transfection stimulates ASCs to release the secretome with higher antifibrotic and anti-inflammatory properties. miR-214-secretome is thus expected to be one of the prominent ways of overcoming liver fibrosis, if further studies consistently validate its safety and efficiency.

Neurofeedback Treatment on Depressive Symptoms and Functional Recovery in Treatment-Resistant Patients with Major Depressive Disorder: an Open-Label Pilot Study.
We evaluated the effects of neurofeedback as an augmentation treatment on depressive symptoms and functional recovery in patients with treatment-resistant depression (TRD). ⋯ Despite the small sample size, these results suggest that neurofeedback treatment may be effective as an augmentation treatment, not only for depressive symptoms, but also for functional recovery, in patients with TRD.
