Prediction of Return-to-original-work after an Industrial Accident Using Machine Learning and Comparison of Techniques.
Many studies have tried to develop predictors for return-to-work (RTW). However, since complex factors have been demonstrated to predict RTW, it is difficult to use them practically. This study investigated whether factors used in previous studies could predict whether an individual had returned to his/her original work by four years after termination of the worker's recovery period. ⋯ It is possible to predict a worker's probability of RTOW using machine learning techniques with moderate accuracy.

Multicenter Study Clinical TrialEfficacy and Safety of a New 10% Intravenous Immunoglobulin Product in Patients with Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP).
In the current study, we aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg)-SN 10%, a new 10% IVIg formulation, in adult patients with severe primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP; platelet count < 20 × 109/L). ⋯ In summary, IVIg-SN 10% formulation was found to be safe and effective in adult ITP patients (Trial registry at ClinicalTrials.gov, NCT02063789).

Safety and Efficacy of Anti-dementia Agents in the Extremely Elderly Patients with Dementia.
There are debates on representation and generalizability of previous randomized controlled trials about anti-dementia agents in the oldest old population. In this context, we aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of anti-dementia agents in the very elderly patients with dementia. ⋯ The use of anti-dementia agents in the oldest old dementia patients may be safe and effective as the younger old dementia patients.
