To evaluate the feasibility and safety of a home-based exercise programme for people with Alzheimer's disease, and to provide preliminary evidence of programme effectiveness in improving balance and mobility and reducing falls risk. ⋯ The exercise programme was feasible and safe and may help improve balance and mobility performance and reduce falls risk in people with Alzheimer's disease.

The aim was to evaluate behavioural therapy as a treatment for low mood in people with aphasia. ⋯ Behavioural therapy seemed to improve the mood of people with aphasia.

Randomized Controlled TrialShort-term effects of interferential current electro-massage in adults with chronic non-specific low back pain: a randomized controlled trial.
To analyse the effectiveness of a combined procedure of massage and electrotherapy with interferential current in individuals with chronic non-specific low back pain of mechanical aetiology. ⋯ In individuals with chronic non-specific low back pain, interferential current electro-massage achieved a significantly greater improvement in disability, pain and quality of life in comparison to superficial massage after 20 treatment sessions.
