The aim of our study was to demonstrate our experience regarding the surgical treatment of complications after foreign body ingestion. ⋯ The most common complication after foreign body ingestion was the perforation of the gastrointestinal tract. The risk of perforation was higher when sharp foreign bodies were ingested. The pre-operative diagnosis was difficult, and it was usually achieved intra-operatively.

To present a case of myocardial infarction due to Behçet's syndrome. ⋯ This case shows that patients with Behçet's syndrome who had acute chest pain should be thoroughly examined for any signs of acute myocardial infarction.

To report a rare case of small cell carcinoma of the prostate with unusual skin metastasis. ⋯ Small cell carcinoma of the prostate is an aggressive disease with a highly metastatic potential; but skin metastases are very uncommon. It has poor prognosis despite therapy. Management resembles that of small cell carcinoma of the lung.
