To propose a novel method to perform indocyanine green (ICG) based near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence imaging during pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND) for prostate cancer patients with lymph node metastasis (LNM). ⋯ Intravenously administered ICG accumulates in prostate cancers in both a murine model and human patients. NIR fluorescence based on intravenous ICG may serve as a useful tool to facilitate the identification of positive nodes during PLND in patients with higher risk of LNMs.

To assess the effect of weight loss on urinary incontinence (UI), pelvic organ prolapse, colorectal-anal complaints, and sexual dysfunction among obese women undergoing bariatric surgery. ⋯ Surgically induced weight loss was associated with a significant improvement in pelvic floor disorders, including UI, pelvic organ prolapse, and colorectal-anal symptoms, as well as improved sexual performance.

Can Listening to Music Decrease Pain, Anxiety, and Stress During a Urodynamic Study? A Randomized Prospective Trial Focusing on Gender Differences.
To evaluate the effect of listening to music on pain, anxiety, or stress during a urodynamic study (UDS). ⋯ In our study, music during UDS did not reduce anxiety, pain, and stress in either gender. In the analysis focusing on gender difference, female patients showed statistically higher levels of pain, anxiety, and stress scores than male patients whether listening to music or not.

To report long-term follow-up results of a phase II trial of salvage intravesical nanoparticle albumin-bound (nab)-paclitaxel for patients with recurrent non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer after previous intravesical bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) therapy. ⋯ With a median follow-up of 41 months, 18% of this cohort treated with nab-paclitaxel was disease free. Cystectomy-free survival was 61% and bladder cancer-specific mortality was 9%. Nab-paclitaxel is a reasonable treatment option in this high-risk population.
