The early detection of breast cancer has been shown to reduce deaths through randomized, controlled trials. Numerous observational studies, failure analyses, and "incidence of death" studies have confirmed that screening reduces deaths in the general population. Digital Breast Tomosynthesis (DBT) which collects mammographic images from different angles and uses them to synthesize planes through the breast is simply another advance in mammography among others that have been made over the years. ⋯ The six CISNET models of the National Cancer Institute have shown that annual mammography beginning at the age of 40 will save the most lives. Yet TMIST will only include women ages 45 and over and will screen postmenopausal women every two years instead of annually. Consequently, TMIST results may be used, inappropriately, to limit access to breast cancer screening starting at the age of 45, and only offer biennial screening for post-menopausal women.

Acute myocarditis after a second dose of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccine: a report of two cases.
We report two cases of myocarditis, in two young and previously healthy individuals, temporally related to the second dose of the mRNA-COVID-19 vaccine. Both patients developed acute chest pain, changes on electrocardiogram (ECG), and elevated serum troponin within two days of receiving their second dose. Cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) findings were consistent with acute myocarditis.

Oncotype DX is a multigene assay used in breast cancer, and the result provided as a 'recurrence score (RS)' corresponds to the risk of a cancer recurrence and the chemotherapeutic benefit in estrogen receptor (ER)-positive human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER)2-negative invasive breast cancer. However, its accessibility is limited. ⋯ MRI features showed the potential for the discrimination of Oncotype DX RS in patients with ER-positive HER2-negative invasive breast cancer.

To investigate gender diversity in editorial boards among a wide range of radiology-related journals, the trend in time, and its association with the journal's impact factor (IF). ⋯ Women are underrepresented in a wide range of radiology-related journals. Comparison with historical data shows that the proportion of women on editorial boards has increased. Nevertheless, gender composition of the editorial board shows no association with IF. This suggests similar gender bias exists across a broad spectrum of high impact factor journals, with no added bias in journals with higher IF.

Observational Study
Injury incidence and patterns associated with electric scooter accidents in a major metropolitan city.
Despite increased use of e-scooters globally, actionable data around injury incidence and patterns associated with e-scooter accidents are limited. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of imaging exams, injury incidence, and patterns related to e-scooter injuries, with the hope of guiding an appropriate policy response. ⋯ While this study showed that injuries following e-scooter accidents are common and frequently involve the face and extremities, it is limited by lack of documentation in the EMR. Further research with a standardized documentation protocol will be needed to better understand injuries patterns following e-scooter accidents.
