Comparative StudyComparing signal-to-noise ratio for prostate imaging at 7T and 3T.
In MRI, the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) theoretically increases with B0 field strength. However, because of attenuation of the radiofrequency (RF) fields at 7T, it is not certain if this SNR gain can be realized for prostate imaging. ⋯ 2 Technical Efficacy: Stage 1 J. Magn. Reson. Quantitative Identification of Nonmuscle-Invasive and Muscle-Invasive Bladder Carcinomas: A Multiparametric MRI Radiomics Analysis.
Preoperative discrimination between nonmuscle-invasive bladder carcinomas (NMIBC) and the muscle-invasive ones (MIBC) is very crucial in the management of patients with bladder cancer (BC). ⋯ 3 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;49:1489-1498.

Summarizing the 4D image stack of ultrafast dynamic contrast enhancement MRI of breast cancer in 3D using color intensity projections.
Each ultrafast dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) MRI sequence for breast cancer generates thousands of images in a 4D stack that need to be reviewed by a radiologist. ⋯ 3 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;49:1391-1399.

Characterization of clinical human prostate cancer lesions using 3.0-T sodium MRI registered to Gleason-graded whole-mount histopathology.
Overtreatment of prostate cancer (PCa) is a healthcare issue. Development of noninvasive imaging tools for improved characterization of prostate lesions might reduce overtreatment. ⋯ 1 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;49:1409-1419.
