Tissue characterization of uterine fibroids with an intravoxel incoherent motion model: The need for T2 correction.
Diminished signal intensity of uterine fibroids in T2 -weighted images is routinely used as a qualitative marker of fibroid hypoperfusion. Utility of volumetric contrast-enhanced and diffusion-weighted MRI in differentiating between common primary hypervascular liver tumors.
Differentiating between hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH), and hepatocellular adenoma (HCA) is usually achievable by MRI. Improving lymph node characterization in staging malignant lymphoma using first-order ADC texture analysis from whole-body diffusion-weighted MRI.
