Core outcome set for research studies evaluating treatments for twin-twin transfusion syndrome.
To develop, using a Delphi procedure and a nominal group technique, a core outcome set (COS) for studies evaluating treatments for twin-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), which should assist in standardizing outcome selection, collection and reporting in future research studies. ⋯ Implementing the COS for TTTS within future research studies could make a substantial contribution to advancing the usefulness of research in TTTS. Standardized definitions and measurement instruments are now required for individual core outcomes. Copyright © 2018 ISUOG. Published by John Wiley & Sons Ltd.

Meta AnalysisDiagnostic accuracy of saline contrast sonohysterography in detecting endometrial polyps in women with postmenopausal bleeding: systematic review and meta-analysis.
In women with postmenopausal bleeding, endometrial polyps are a frequent finding and the risk of a focal (pre)malignancy in a polyp is up to 6%. Because of this reported risk, the detection of polyps in these women, preferably by a minimally invasive method, is important. The aim of this systematic review was to assess the accuracy of saline contrast sonohysterography (SCSH) for diagnosis of endometrial polyps in women with postmenopausal bleeding. ⋯ Provided that the SCSH examination is of optimal quality, it can be considered as a method to stratify women with postmenopausal bleeding for further diagnostic workup and treatment with hysteroscopy. In women without suspicion of a polypoid lesion on SCSH, and with a benign endometrial sample, expectant management should be considered. Copyright © 2019 ISUOG. Published by John Wiley & Sons Ltd.

Comparative StudyImpact of ethnicity on adverse perinatal outcome in women with chronic hypertension: a cohort study.
To assess the impact of maternal ethnicity on the risk of adverse perinatal outcome in pregnant women with chronic hypertension. ⋯ Black ethnicity, compared with white, is associated with the greatest risk of adverse perinatal outcome in women with chronic hypertension, even after adjusting for other maternal characteristics. Women of Asian ethnicity are also at increased risk, but to a lesser extent. Copyright © 2018 ISUOG. Published by John Wiley & Sons Ltd.

To report our experience with fetal diagnosis of right aortic arch (RAA) variants based on the ductus arteriosus (DA) anatomy and brachiocephalic vessel branching pattern in relation to the trachea, and to establish whether the echocardiographic 'V-shaped' or 'U-shaped' appearance of the junction between the DA and aortic arch (AA) in the fetal upper mediastinal view is sufficiently accurate for assessment of fetal AA anatomy. ⋯ In fetuses with RAA, V-shaped appearance of the junction between the DA and AA indicates only that the transverse AA and DA run together on the same side of the thorax (trachea) while a U-shaped appearance is always a sign of a CVR. Among fetuses with a CVR, RAA/LPDA/MI is more frequent than described previously. Finally, RAA forming a CVR is not usually associated with complex CHD, as opposed to RAA not forming a CVR. Fetal cardiac tumor: echocardiography, clinical outcome and genetic analysis in 53 cases.
To analyze the imaging and clinical features of fetal cardiac tumors, and to explore the relationship between tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) and cardiac rhabdomyoma in the fetus. ⋯ Cardiac rhabdomyoma is the most common cardiac tumor in the fetus. The correlation between cardiac rhabdomyoma and TSC is strong regardless of the presence of single or multiple tumors. For fetuses with suspected cardiac rhabdomyoma identified by FE, prenatal genetic testing for TSC of both fetus and family members is recommended. A positive genetic diagnosis can help in counseling and planning for neonatal treatment. Copyright © 2018 ISUOG. Published by John Wiley & Sons Ltd.
