To estimate the prevalence of use of progestin-only contraceptive among women who request reversible contraception in Primary Care (PC). ⋯ The prevalence of use for progestins was 14%, satisfaction was very high for all contraceptive methods. The user profile for the only progestins-only corresponds to older, and non-Spanish women with conditions such as breastfeeding or contraindications for other contraceptives.

To determine the patterns of antibiotic susceptibility of Escherichia coli strains isolated from adult patients with urinary tract infection (UTI), and to stratify the results by age and type of UTI to verify if there are statistically significant differences that can help physicians to prescribe better empirical antibiotherapy. ⋯ Clinical and demographic data of patients with UTI are of great importance in the results of the antibiotic susceptibility in E. coli. Antibiograms stratified by patient characteristics may better facilitate empirical antibiotic selection for UTI in primary care.

[Design and validation of the scale to assess the fragility of chronic patients].
To create a scale and tool that allows us to measure the fragility of the chronic patient. ⋯ It has been verified that the criteria used in our scale are adequate to define the fragility, therefore the EPADI scale perfectly evaluates the degree of fragility of chronic users based on the resources consumed.

To know and understand the strategies carried out by the relatives of people with mental health problems in the care of their sick relatives. ⋯ Family caregivers of people with mental problems struggle not to lose them in a crisis and to maintain family ties. Primary care professionals must give importance to these links, because it determines their care strategies during a crisis and the strategies to conserve the family member.
