[Association of family typology and dysfunction in families with adolescents from a Mexican population].
To determine the association between family typology and dysfunction in families with adolescents in a Mexican population. ⋯ The family types with adolescents associated with family dysfunction are single-parent families with a non-integrated nucleus and high family poverty, and as protective factors, the simple nuclear and integrated nucleus.

To explore the perspectives of the decision makers and community members in primary health care (PHC) around the conceptualization of social participation (PS). ⋯ An institutional conception of participation prevails transversally, rooted since the 1990s. At the community level, the narratives take the form of collective practices lived around the improvement of the quality of community life mediated by the level of execution.

To identify opinions of Primary Healthcare nurses on the use and usefulness of standardised nursing care plans and traditional nursing language systems in the practice settings. ⋯ Nurses say that urgent changes are required in the use of care plans. This includes changing the language systems, and improving data and information that positively impacts on the provision of nursing care, as well as to enhance the health outcomes of the individuals receiving Primary Healthcare services.

To evaluate the effectiveness of telemedicine interventions to improve health outcomes in patients with multiple morbidities in Primary Health Care. ⋯ The relatively small number of studies, heterogeneity characteristics, and methodological limitations did not confirm the effectiveness of telemedicine intervention on the improvement of mortality, number of hospital admissions, emergency department visits, and health-related quality of life, compared to usual care.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the predictive power of a latent measure of frailty based on the physical indicators proposed for the Survey of Health, Aging and Retirement in Europe (SHARE) on the quality of life and perceived health status in a representative sample of Spanish older adults. ⋯ The latent factor of frailty presented in this construct has an excellent fit to the data. The predictive power of frailty on the quality of life and perceived health in a sample of the Spanish population is highlighted.
