[Cardiovascular prevention in primary care in crisis situations: multicenter comparative study before, during and after the SARS-COVID-19 pandemic].
To assess whether the appearance of a crisis situation such as the one caused by the SARS-COV-2 pandemic, together with the organizational changes adopted in Primary Care, have influenced the implementation of cardiovascular preventive activities in patients aged 40 to 74 years. ⋯ Activities on lifestyle, physical examination, and laboratory test as part of the cardiovascular prevention strategy are scarce in the prepandemic period and decrease drastically during the pandemic, at the first level of care.

To find out actual statistics on breastfeeding in Spain, as well as sociocultural and perinatal factors that affect its initiation and maintenance. ⋯ Early abandonment of breastfeeding is a major problem in Western societies. There are factors that can be worked on to improve outcomes.

To analyze educational interventions in pediatric asthmatic patients to achieve an adequate inhalation technique and improve their self-management. ⋯ The authors report improvement in the inhalation technique in all of them, as well as greater self-management of the disease and adherence to treatment. It is necessary to intensify the education of patients in the correct handling of the devices, and the follow-up and subsequent review to optimize the control of the disease.

To analyze the influences of the institutions in the operation of the Local Health councils. ⋯ The health management teams do not recognize the different forces that act in the health territory, however, these forces interfere in the activities performed and in health care. The groups act both in formal spaces through official representatives who meet and discuss issues in collegiate meetings and in informal spaces, and constitute forces in dispute in the health territory.
