To evaluate safety and efficacy of fluoroscopy-guided percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) for painful osteoblastic spinal metastases. ⋯ PVP is a safe and effective treatment for painful osteoblastic spinal metastases. It can relieve pain, reduce disability, and improve function.

Multicenter StudyA Modified Model for Assessment for Retreatment with Transarterial Chemoembolization in Chinese Hepatocellular Carcinoma Patients.
To develop a modified assessment for retreatment with transarterial chemoembolization (mART) score that may be more suitable for Chinese patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). ⋯ In Chinese patients with HCC, mART score of > 2.5 before second transarterial chemoembolization was associated with poor prognosis. The mART score was probably better validated compared with the ART score.

Technical and Anatomic Factors Influencing the Success of Inferior Vena Caval Stent Placement for Malignant Obstruction.
To evaluate the outcomes of inferior vena cava (IVC) stent placement for malignant obstruction and to identify anatomic and procedural factors influencing technical and clinical success. ⋯ Stent placement is reliable, rapid, and durable in improving malignant IVC syndrome. Understanding of technical and anatomic factors can improve accuracy and avoid complications of stent misplacement.

Percutaneous Cryoablation for the Treatment of Primary and Metastatic Lung Tumors: Identification of Risk Factors for Recurrence and Major Complications.
To identify risk factors for local recurrence and major complications associated with percutaneous cryoablation of lung tumors. ⋯ Percutaneous cryoablation of lung tumors is technically feasible with a complication rate comparable to other percutaneous ablation techniques. Percutaneous cryoablation is more efficacious and has fewer complications when offered to patients with small, previously untreated lesions.
