Comparative StudyThe active elevation lag sign and the triangle sign: new clinical signs of trapezius palsy.
Spinal accessory nerve palsy causing trapezius dysfunction can lead to significant disability. Diagnosis is frequently delayed or inaccurate leading to inappropriate treatment. ⋯ Level 2-1; Evidence obtained from well-designed controlled trials without randomization.

Functional outcomes after nonoperative management of fractures of the proximal humerus.
Prospective follow-up data after nonoperative treatment for fractures of the proximal humerus are scarce. We studied functional outcomes and rates of complication and failure after conservative management of these common injuries. ⋯ Level 4; Prospective case series without a control group.
