Scanning laser ophthalmoscopic findings in a patient with acute zonal occult outer retinopathy.
To examine a 33-year-old woman who had an enlarged scotoma in her right eye and who was diagnosed with acute zonal occult outer retinopathy. ⋯ Scanning laser ophthalmoscopy can demonstrate retinal damage caused by acute zonal occult outer retinopathy, which is useful in differential diagnosis.

To report a case of anesthetic abuse keratopathy and to suggest the use of topical diclofenac sodium in the management of this disorder. ⋯ We found topical diclofenac to be useful in controlling pain in this patient with anesthetic abuse keratopathy.
