Burnout syndrome in nurses working in palliative care units: An analysis of associated factors.
To analyse the association between psychological, labour and demographic factors and burnout in palliative care nursing. ⋯ Nurses who present the factors found should be the focus of interventions to reduce work stress.

To evaluate operating room nurses' perception of teamwork performance and their level of mental stress and to identify related factors. ⋯ Increased support for operation room nurses is necessary. The increased support leads to safer surgical procedures and better patient outcomes.

To explore the collaboration experiences of junior physicians and nurses in the general ward setting. ⋯ Nurse leaders should ensure that ward nurses are given a designated time to participate in ward rounds with physicians and have access to a communication tool that assists them in contributing proactively in the decision-making process of patient care.
