Case ReportsAnuria, an Atypical Presentation of Leptospirosis: A Case Report.
Leptospirosis, an underreported disease, is a highly prevalent spirochaetal zoonotic disease in both tropical and temperate climates. Symptoms can range from mild illness to potentially life-threatening infection. Laboratory tests are nonspecific. ⋯ She initially tested negative for leptospirosis but was later found to be positive in the second week of illness. Unlike the usual non-oliguric renal failure in leptospirosis, she presented with anuria requiring haemodialysis and subsequently had a good recovery with treatment. We highlight the importance of clinical suspicion and logical interpretation of serologic tests based on its timing from the onset of illness.

Digital Eye Strain among Adults Presenting to Tertiary Care Hospital in the Era of COVID-19 Pandemic: A Descriptive Cross-sectional Study.
The Novel Coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic has sent humanity indoors, replacing human contact with an electronic connection. The mandatory online classes and work from home policy to maintain the social distancing during the pandemic has forced the individual to spend most of the time in front of laptops or mobile screens. Digital eye strain is a group of vision-related symptoms that result from the continuous use of devices with digital displays, such as computers, tablets, and smartphones. The present study is done to find out the prevalence of digital eye strain among the adult population in a tertiary care hospital in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. ⋯ The present study concluded that the prevalence of digital eye strain in the era of COVID-19 is high as compared to other studies conducted among adults.

COVID-19 among Pregnant Women Delivering in a Tertiary Care Center: A Descriptive Cross-sectional Study.
Coronavirus Disease 2019 pandemic is raging across the world and has affected pregnant women as well. There is limited information regarding COVID-19 in pregnant women. The study aimed to find the prevalence of COVID-19 among all pregnant women who delivered during the study period in a tertiary care center. ⋯ The prevalence of COVID-19 among pregnant women delivering in our center is similar to other studies done in similar settings. In our study, we found that the majority of women had been asymptomatic and were diagnosed on routine testing. Hence, it is important to test all pregnant women before delivery for Coronavirus Disease 2019 irrespective of the presence or absence of symptoms.

Prevalence of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder among Female Students of a Medical College in Nepal: A Descriptive Cross-sectional Study.
Premenstrual dysphoric disorder is a severe form of premenstrual syndrome that impairs quality of life and carries an increased risk of suicidal attempts. Hormonal changes may underlie these symptoms. The present study was conducted to find out the prevalence of premenstrual dysphoric disorder among female students of a medical college in Nepal. ⋯ The prevalence of premenstrual dysphoric disorder in our study was found to be higher when compared to other similar studies.

Sunscreen Use among Medical Undergraduate Students in a Medical College: A Descriptive Cross-sectional Study.
Unprotected sun exposure could cause tanning, burning, hyperpigmentation, skin aging, and even skin cancer. Regular sunscreen use is a safeguard and a primary preventive strategy against sunlight-related damages. This study aims to find out the prevalence of sunscreen use among medical undergraduate students of a medical college of Eastern Nepal. ⋯ The prevalence of sunscreen users among medical undergraduate students from our study was higher than other studies conducted in similar settings.
