Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study
Efficacy, safety, and patient satisfaction of a monophasic cohesive polydensified matrix versus a biphasic nonanimal stabilized hyaluronic acid filler after single injection in nasolabial folds.
Intradermal injection of hyaluronic acid (HA) is currently the criterion standard to reduce the appearance of nasolabial folds (NLF). ⋯ A single intradermal injection of a monophasic CPMHA and a biphasic NASHA filler showed significant improvements in WSRS and measured wrinkle depth up to 48 weeks for both fillers and significant differences in injection comfort and patient satisfaction in favor of CPMHA.

Review Comparative Study
Skin cancer associated with the use of sorafenib and sunitinib for renal cell carcinoma.
Several case series have reported an association between sorafenib and the development of skin cancer, but they differ in the reported rapidity of skin cancer onset and the frequency of recurrence with ongoing multikinase inhibitor (MKI) treatment. ⋯ We observed more cases of skin cancer during sorafenib treatment than during sunitinib treatment for advanced RCC; median MKI treatment duration before the identification of skin cancer was longer than 1 year.
