Mental Health Expenditures: Association With Workplace Incivility and Bullying Among Hospital Patient Care Workers.
Bullied workers have poor self-reported mental health; monetary costs of bullying exposure are unknown. We tested associations between bullying and health plan claims for mental health diagnoses. ⋯ Workplace incivility and bullying may carry monetary costs to employers, which could be controlled through work environment modification.

Absenteeism and Indirect Economic Burden Associated With Primary and Secondary Hypogonadism: A Retrospective Matched Cohort Analysis of Employed, Commercially Insured Patients in the U.S.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the indirect economic burden incurred by patients with primary and secondary hypogonadism (HG) compared with non-HG controls using real-world data. ⋯ The indirect economic burden of HG is significant. Further research is needed to test whether treatment with testosterone can help alleviate the indirect burden associated with HG.

The aim of this study was to assess cardiorespiratory effects of air pollution in older adults exercising outdoors in winter. ⋯ Acute subclinical effects of air pollution were observed in older adults exercising outdoors in winter.
