To determine whether there is a relationship between endometrium cancer and the oncoprotein cancerous inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A (CIP2A). ⋯ CIP2A could be a promising and therapeutic target in endometrium cancer. Invention of the complex connections of CIP2A with other oncoproteins may lead to amazing and interesting developments in both early diagnosis and treatment. The Role of Serum Laboratory Biomarkers for Complicated and Uncomplicated Appendicitis in Adolescents.
To investigate if serum biomarkers could differentiate complicated and uncomplicated appendicitis in adolescents. ⋯ Elevated WBC, NEU, CRP and NLR may be considered useful biomarkers in assisting physical examination and other diagnostic methods in distinguishing severity of acute appendicitis. Observational StudyFactors Affecting Pathological Complete Response After Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Operable Primary Breast Cancer.
To investigate factors influencing pathological response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) in operable primary breast cancer. ⋯ In this study, breast cancer patients with high histological grade, negative HR status and lymph nodes, positive HER2 status, as well as taxane-based regimens were significantly associated with achieving pCR with NAC.
