Observational StudyCorrelation between Overactive Bladder Syndrome and Severity of Coronary Artery Disease in Postmenopausal Women.
To analyse the correlation of overactive bladder (OAB) and severity of coronary artery disease (CAD) by using Gensini score in postmenopausal women. ⋯ The frequency of OAB significantly correlated to severe CAD in postmenopausal women. Moreover, as an additional finding, postmenopausal women with higher LDL levels faced OAB syndrome more frequently. Insight into COVID-19 Responses and Initiatives from Pakistan.
The coronavirus pandemic is a rapidly evolving outbreak that has tremendously distressed people worldwide. The paper aims to present some key rapid responses and initiatives to COVID-19 undertaken in Pakistan. The information has been gathered by reviewing material and documents pertinent to COVID-19 in the context of Pakistan. ⋯ The government has launched initiatives, like Ehsaas cash dissemination programme, for the underprivileged families to address their basic needs; and philanthropic organisations are also coming forward to support these families. The spread of the pandemic is gradually increasing in Pakistan and we recommend strategies like increasing public awareness campaigns, improving screening capacity, and contact tracing to augment the efficiency of the current responses and initiatives. Case ReportsA Case of 45-Year Man Who Succumbed to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
We present a case of a 45-year male with history of fever and cough, followed by shortness of breath, lethargy and confusion at home. He was a known hypertensive, smoker and naswaar addict. He had history of contact with a friend who had recently returned from China, and used to work there as a physician. ⋯ He was managed in intensive care unit (ICU) with broad-spectrum antibiotics, hydroxychloroquine alongwith anticoagulants; but he remained hypoxic with rapidly worsening clinical course, requiring mechanical ventilation; and ultimately succumbed to the disease. Report of COVID-19 PCR came positive after 24 hours. Key words: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), Meningoencephalitis, Pneumonia.

Case ReportsCOVID-19 Pulmonary Infection with Pneumothorax in a Young Patient.
Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), first reported in December 2019 in Wuhan, China, has spread all over the world in a short time and was declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). During COVID-19 pandemic, chest computed tomography (CT) imaging has become an important tool with high sensitivity for diagnosis due to the low positive rate of the real-time reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). ⋯ In this case report, we present a patient who was admitted to the emergency department with fever, cough and left shoulder pain, and was subsequently diagnosed with both COVID-19 and pneumothorax following chest CT and RT-PCR test. Acute Side Effects with High Dose Rate Computed Tomography-guided Three-dimensional Brachytherapy in Carcinoma Cervix.
To determine the frequency and grades of acute side effects with three-dimensional brachytherapy in carcinoma cervix using RTOG/EORTC acute radiation morbidity scoring criteria. ⋯ Three-dimensional brachytherapy in carcinoma cervix is a safe and tolerable procedure with minimal acute side effects.
