Challenges Faced by Lady Surgeons during Professional Progress in Pakistan.
The purpose of this qualitative study was to investigate the professional challenges faced by lady surgeons in Pakistan. This qualitative exploratory phenomenological study was conducted from April 2019 to June 2019. Four lady surgeons participated in in-depth interviews, based on four questions: challenges during training; perceptions of gender-based professional treatment; perceptions of relationships with peers; and perception of gender on the quality of training. ⋯ Participants experienced gender-based discrimination at workplace, long exhausting duty hours with lack of quality time for their families and social gatherings. With the passage of time, these problems diminished as the surgeons gained a work-life balance with their motivation. Key Words: Barriers, Career progression Challenges, Lady surgeons, Gender.

Four Different Apparent Diffusion Coefficient Measurement Methods in Breast Masses.
To compare the effect of different quantification methods of ADC values in the evaluation of breast lesions and compare contralateral normal breast tissue ADC value by calculating ADC ratios. ⋯ Highest diagnostic accuracy rate was obtained with most restricted part ADC value. Obtained ratios by calculating contralateral breast tissue ADC value did not improve the diagnostic accuracy rate. Positive and negative predictive values and diagnostic accuracy rates of ADC values and ratios increased as the lesion size increased. Key Words: Breast mass, Diffusion weighted imaging, ADC value, ADC ratio, Normalised ADC.

Adoption of Digital Pathology in Developing Countries: From Benefits to Challenges.
Digital pathology and the use of artificial intelligence constitute undisputedly the future of modern pathology. The outcomes and benefits of the whole slide imaging are beyond the scope of traditional microscopy, which the pathologists were using for decades. COVID-19 pandemic has further highlighted the importance of digital pathology as it offers the pathologists to work from their place of comfort and bridges the gap of physical barriers. ⋯ The major issue is the cost of scanners and technical support and training of staff. However, despite all these problems and challenges that exist, these can be resolved with the passage of time, where the role of world leader organisations will be of great importance in resolving these challenges. Key Words: Digital pathology, Artificial intelligence, Whole slide imaging.

Case ReportsA Case of Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma with Cardiac Involvement Incidently Diagnosed on Cardiac Imaging.
Cardiac lymphomas, either primary or secondary, are mostly of B-cell lineage; among which, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common. Secondary involvement of the heart is usually a late manifestation of disseminated lymphoma. Patients may be asymptomatic or may have non-specific symptoms, particularly when cardiac involvement is not extensive. ⋯ Subsequently, cardiac MRI showed left ventricular posterolateral wall abnormal area of delayed enhancement, corresponding to the FDG uptake on PET CT scan. Patient had remission after completion of standard chemotherapy protocol for the management of DLBCL with acceptable toxicity. Key Words: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), Secondary, Heart, Chemotherapy.
