Idiopathic spinal epidural lipomatosis without obesity: a case with relapsing and remitting course.
Case report of a rare form of idiopathic spinal epidural lipomatosis (SEL) manifesting with relapsing and remitting course. ⋯ Fluctuating clinical course has not been reported previously in SEL. Such pathology should be considered in the differential diagnosis of demyelinating diseases.

Brain wave activity in people with paraplegia, with and without neuropathic pain, was compared to brain wave activity in matched able-bodied controls. ⋯ The results provide further evidence for alterations in brain electric activity that may underlie the development of neuropathic pain following SCI.

Comprehensive review and systematic analyses. ⋯ We propose a call to SCI researchers to consistently apply psychometric analyses to SCI pain data measures. Greater rigor for assessing psychometric information in SCI pain studies will better inform the SCI research community of the applicability of generic measures to SCI pain investigations.
