Rotating night shift work is associated with an increased risk of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) symptoms among workers in China: a cross-sectional study.
Increasing studies suggest a significant association between night shift work and an increased risk of type 2 diabetes, obesity and other metabolic disorders. However, the available evidence of the association of rotating night shift work with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is limited. Herein, we hypothesised a link between the GERD risk and rotating night shift work among workers in China. ⋯ Rotating night shift work is independently associated with an increased risk of GERD symptoms. Moreover a five-variable model (rotating night shift work, age, smoking, H pyori infection and obesity) can help identify individuals at high risk for GERD symptoms among workers in China.

Management of Newly-diagnosed Metastatic Hormone-sensitive Prostate Cancer: a Survey of UK Uro-oncologists.
To explore the practice and views of uro-oncologists in the United Kingdom regarding their use of chemotherapy and androgen receptor-targeted agents (ARTAs) in patients with newly diagnosed metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC). ⋯ All the UK uro-oncologists surveyed stated that they would offer docetaxel in combination with ADT to all newly diagnosed patients with mHSPC if fit enough for chemotherapy. ARTAs would be offered to many patients if available, especially those with high-risk disease or those unfit to receive chemotherapy. Scanning was typically conducted following treatment only at the suspicion of disease progression.

Pharmacist Intervention to Improve Patients' Knowledge and Attitude Towards Hepatitis B Infection.
Lack of knowledge/awareness of people living with hepatitis B (PLH) often leads to misinformation and stigmatisation. This study aimed to assess the contribution of the clinical pharmacist (CP)-led education on knowledge of PLH about their disease. ⋯ Significant improvement was observed in the correct answer rate after CP's contribution, therefore as a team member, CP has an important role in improving patients' knowledge and attitude towards HBV infection.

Ta Grade 3/High Grade Non-Invasive Bladder Cancer: Should We Perform A Second TUR?
To evaluate the effect of second transurethral resection (TUR) on oncological outcomes, according to the presence or absence of detrusor muscle in the initial TUR of patients with pTa Grade 3/high grade (G3/HG) tumours, who received at least 1 year of maintenance Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) therapy. ⋯ In patients with pTa G3/HG tumours, if the muscle is missing in the initial TUR, a second TUR should be performed in order to attain lower recurrence rates and longer median time to recurrence and progression. If the muscle is present in the initial TUR, a second TUR will only increase median time to first recurrence.

Association between different screening strategies for SARS-CoV-2 and deaths and severe disease in Italy.
The WHO recommends testing any suspected person with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome CoronaVirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), in order to limit the spread of the epidemic. In Italy, some Regions opted for extensive testing, whereas others limited tests to selected subjects. To assess the influence of different strategies, we examined the incidence of death and severe cases in Italy. ⋯ A more aggressive screening strategy for SARS-Cov-2, was associated with lower rates of death and severe disease in Regions of Italy.
