The Role of Traditional Obesity Parameters in Predicting Frailty among Coronary Artery Disease Patients Undergoing Cardiac Catheterization.
Obesity has been reported to be associated with frailty and coronary artery disease (CAD). ⋯ The incidence of frailty can be predicted by the increase in total cholesterol, HC, triglycerides, age, random blood sugar, and WC. The results of this study may help healthcare providers, including nurses, to identify the factors that could lead to frailty among CAD patients undergoing cardiac catheterization.

Use of Favipiravir for the Treatment of Coronavirus Disease 2019 in the Setting of Hospitel.
In a setting with a limited capacity for hospitalization, "hospitels" have been developed by using hotels as extension healthcare facilities for patients with mild illness. This study examined the clinical evidence of patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) who were treated with favipiravir, the main medication for treating COVID-19, in the hospitel setting in Thailand. ⋯ Low rates of hospitel transfer and mortality were observed in mild-to-moderate COVID-19 patients treated with favipiravir at hospitel. Caution might be required in elderly patients, patients with dyspnea or a loss of taste, and patients receiving a 10-day course of favipiravir or adjunctive corticosteroids because these patients might require further management in the hospitel.

COVID-19 Vaccination Intention and Vaccine Hesitancy among Patients with Autoimmune and Autoinflammatory Rheumatological Diseases: A Survey.
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine hesitancy or refusal has arisen as a major global public health concern. The aim of this study was to address the attitudes of patients with autoimmune and autoinflammatory rheumatological diseases (AIIRDs) about COVID-19 vaccination and investigate the factors that influence their decision. ⋯ There is a high acceptability rate of COVID-19 vaccination among AIIRD patients. Public health workers and policymakers must emphasize efficient COVID-19 vaccine acceptance messaging for all AIIRD patients.

COVID-19 Pandemic Experiences in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit: An Iranian Referral Hospital-Based Study.
In late February 2020, after we had informed about the presence of some cases of COVID-19 in Iran and its rapid spread throughout the country, we decided to make the necessary arrangements for patients with critical conditions in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Children's Medical Center. There are a little data on critically ill children with COVID-19 infection with ICU requirements. The aim of this study was to describe clinical characteristics, laboratory parameters, treatment, and outcomes of the pediatrics population infected by SARS-CoV-2 admitted to PICU. ⋯ No laboratory and radiological findings in children infected with COVID-19 were diagnostic in cases with COVID-19 admitted to PICU. There are higher risks of severe COVID-19, PICU admission, and mortality in children with comorbidities.
