Review Meta AnalysisCan Artificial Intelligence Be Applied to Diagnose Intracerebral Hemorrhage under the Background of the Fourth Industrial Revolution? A Novel Systemic Review and Meta-Analysis.
We intended to provide the clinical evidence that artificial intelligence (AI) could be used to assist doctors in the diagnosis of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). ⋯ Under the background of the fourth industrial revolution, AI might be an effective and efficient tool to assist doctors in the clinical diagnosis of ICH.

Review Meta AnalysisSarcopenia and Mortality Risk of Patients with Sepsis: A Meta-Analysis.
The association between sarcopenia at admission and mortality in patients with sepsis has not been comprehensively evaluated. We performed a meta-analysis to systematically evaluate the above association. ⋯ Current evidence suggests that sarcopenia may be a predictor of mortality in patients with sepsis.

Review Meta AnalysisHematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation for Acute Myeloid Leukemia: An Overview of Systematic Reviews.
Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) has become the main treatment for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and has been studied in many systematic reviews (SRs), but strong conclusions have not been drawn yet. ⋯ Current SRs show that allo-SCT in the treatment of AML might improve the OS, RFS, and DFS. Auto-SCT has significantly lower TRM but higher RR. Whether bone marrow transplantation is superior to nonmyeloablative chemotherapy remains to be evaluated. Meanwhile, the quality of methodology needs to be further improved. The intensity of evidence was uneven, and the high-quality evidence of outcomes was lacking. Considering the limitations of our overview, more rigorous and scientific studies are needed to fully explore the efficacy of different interventions of HSCT in AML, and clinicians should be more cautious in the treatment.

Review Meta AnalysisAngiotensin Receptor Blocker is Associated with a Lower Fracture Risk: An Updated Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.
Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs) and angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs) are widely used in the treatment of hypertension. Hypertension is often accompanied by osteoporosis. However, the relationship between ACEI/ARB and fractures remains controversial. The purpose of this meta-analysis was to update the potential relationship between ACEI/ARB and fractures. ⋯ ACEI usage will not decrease the risk of osteoporosis fracture. On the contrary, ARB usage can decrease the risk of total fracture and hip fracture, especially for males and Europeans. Compared with ACEI, for patients at higher risk of fracture in cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, the protective effect of ARB should be considered.

Review Meta AnalysisA Network Meta-Analysis of Two Doses of Recombinant Human Thrombopoietin for Treating Sepsis-Related Thrombocytopenia.
Previous studies suggest that sepsis remains a common critical illness with a global incidence of 31.5 million. The aim of this study was to evaluate the comparative therapeutic value of recombinant human thrombopoietin (rhTPO) in treating sepsis patients with thrombocytopenia. We conducted a comprehensive electronic search of PubMed, EMBASE, the Cochrane Library, and CNKI from its inception through December 31, 2021. ⋯ SUCRA showed that rhTPO 300 U/kg/day ranked first in terms of 28-day mortality (85.5%) and transfusion, including RBC (88.7%), plasma (89.6%), and PLT (95.2%), while rhTPO 15000 U/day ranked first for the length of the intensive care unit (ICU) stay (95.9%) and PLT level at day 7 (91.6%). rhTPO 300 U/kg/day may be the optimal dose to reduce 28-day mortality and transfusion requirements. However, rhTPO 15000 U/day may be the optimal dose for shortening the ICU stay and increasing the PLT level on the 7th day. However, additional studies to further validate our findings are needed.
