The WEB is an innovative flow disruption device for cerebral aneurysm embolization with rapidly expanding indications. Our purpose was to evaluate the diagnostic performance of computed tomography angiography (CTA) at 1-year follow-up of aneurysms treated with the WEB. ⋯ CTA is a reproducible and reliable technique for the follow-up of aneurysms treated with the WEB device.

The endovascular treatment (EVT) of ruptured cerebral aneurysms has been widely adopted after the publication of the International Subarachnoid Aneurysm Trial. In this study, we sought to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the EVT for ruptured aneurysms based on 10-year series from a single center with coil-first strategy. ⋯ The majority of ruptured intracranial aneurysms can be managed via an endovascular approach in the acute phase with excellent safety profile and good efficacy. Despite the high rate of reperfusion after primary endovascular approach, retreatment has a very low rate of complications and the rate of recurrent hemorrhage is very low.

To assess technical feasibility of cryoneurolysis of the greater occipital nerve in the management of occipital neuralgia. ⋯ Cryoneurolysis of the GON in the management of refractory GON neuralgia is feasible. Initial results are promising as 5/7 cases benefited from a 3-month pain alleviation period.

Hemodynamic impairments are considered risk factors of cerebral hyperperfusion after carotid artery stenting (CAS); measurement by Single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) using a subjective region of interest (ROI) method lacks consistency and reproducibility. ⋯ Objective SEE method had better a predictive capability than ROI method to identify risk of hyperperfusion after CAS.
