Comparative StudyOvarian hyperstimulation syndrome: steps to maximize success and minimize effect for assisted reproductive outcome.
To investigate the strategies used to decrease the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) and their impact on pregnancy and live birth rates. ⋯ Elective cryopreservation of embryos with subsequent frozen embryo transfer and coasting are effective ways of maximizing pregnancy and limiting severe OHSS.

Comparative StudyComparison of clinical characteristics between early and late patterns in hospitalized patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
To clarify the differences in clinical characteristics between early and late ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). ⋯ Early OHSS is associated with excessive ovarian response to gonadotropin stimulation, whereas late OHSS is closely associated with conception cycle. Our findings do not support that late OHSS is more severe and closely associated with multiple pregnancies compared with early OHSS.
