Case ReportsSuccessful term pregnancy after treatment of a cesarean scar ectopic gestation by endoscopic technique and conservative therapy.
To describe a case of cesarean scar pregnancy treated successfully by endoscopic technique and medical therapy. ⋯ Endoscopic intervention combined with medical treatment can result in a good therapeutic outcome with preservation of fertility in early ectopic cesarean scar pregnancy.

Case ReportsIntrauterine fallopian tube incarceration: an uncommon complication of termination of pregnancy by vacuum aspiration.
A 34-year-old woman presented with an intermittent abdominal pain 5 years after voluntary vacuum aspiration for interruption of a first-trimester pregnancy. Magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated complete septate uterus and a cystic mass that infiltrated the posterior myometrial wall of the right side of the uterus. Laparoscopy and hysteroscopy revealed an intra uterine fallopian tube incarceration.

Case ReportsMassive ascites as a presentation in a young woman with endometriosis: a case report.
To report a case of endometriosis associated with massive ascites and an elevated CA-125 level. ⋯ Endometriosis associated with massive bloody ascites is an unusual occurrence. This report draws attention to this condition as a complication of endometriosis. For this reason, endometriosis should be included in the differential diagnosis of reproductive-age women presenting with an apparent ovarian malignancy.

Case ReportsIsolated fallopian tube torsion: a rare but important event for women of reproductive age.
To report two cases of isolated fallopian tubal torsion that emphasize the rarity and difficult of diagnosis. ⋯ Early diagnosis and surgical intervention is mandatory when isolated fallopian tube torsion is suspected, particularly in a nulliparous young woman.

Clinical and metabolic characteristics of polycystic ovary syndrome without polycystic ovary: a pilot study on Chinese women.
To demonstrate clinical features of a patient subgroup presenting with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) without polycystic ovary morphology. ⋯ Patients with PCOS without polycystic ovaries had higher cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein and possibly had a higher incidence of developing long-term complications.
