To evaluate high-precision external beam reirradiation (re-EBRT) for local relapse of prostate cancer (PCa) after radiotherapy. ⋯ Salvage SBRT reirradiation for the locally recurrent PCa offer a satisfactory tumor control and excellent toxicity profile, if BED ≥130 Gy is administered.

Three-dimensional (3D) printing technology in congenital cardiology and cardiac surgery has experienced a rapid development over the last decade. In presence of complex cardiac and extra-cardiac anatomies, the creation of a physical, patient-specific model is attractive to most clinicians. ⋯ The most common applications of 3D models at present include procedural planning of complex surgical or interventional cases, in vitro simulation for research purposes, training and communication with patients and families. The aim of this pictorial review is to describe the basic principles of this technology and present its current and future applications.

Frostbite is a localized cold-thermal injury resulting from prolonged exposure of flesh to freezing and near freezing temperatures. The depth and extent of frostbite injuries are not easily assessed, from a clinical standpoint, at the time of injury making it challenging to plan appropriate management and treatment. ⋯ SPECT/CT is underutilized at many facilities but can have a profound and immediate impact on clinical management of patients with frostbite when used in combination with physiological bone scan imaging.

To evaluate CT texture analysis (CTTA) for non-invasively staging of hepatic fibrosis (stages F0-F4) in a cohort of patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV). ⋯ CTTA may be helpful in detecting and staging hepatic fibrosis, particularly at advanced levels. CT measures like CTTA can be retrospectively evaluated without special equipment.

To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of a repeat peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) course in neuroendocrine tumour patients who have progressed following previous PRRT and to identify factors contributing to retreatment outcomes. ⋯ The majority of studies on PRRT have shown that it is effective as an initial treatment. This study with long-term follow-up demonstrates that PRRT is safe and effective retreatment option in patients that have progressed following initial PRRT course.
