Meta Analysis
Tanreqing Injection () for Patients with Influenza: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials.
To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tanreqing Injection (, TRQI) combined with conventional treatment on clinical outcomes in the treatment of patients with influenza. ⋯ Based on this meta-analysis of RCTs, TRQI combined with conventional treatment had a statistically significant benefit in increasing the total effective treatment rate and reducing the time for fever clearance as well as time for resolution of cough.

Preventive Effects of Qingfei Yihuo Capsules () on Air Pollution Associated Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease: A Single-blind, Randomized, Controlled Trial.
To investigate the efficacy of Qingfei Yihuo Capsules (, QYCs) in preventing the air pollution associated exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). ⋯ For patients with Group D COPD, oral QYCs in high-incidence season of air pollution can effectively mitigate respiratory symptoms associated with air pollution, although there was no evidence that it had a significant reductive effect on AEs. (Registered at Chinese Clinical Trial Registry, registration No. ChiCTR-IOR-17013827).

To investigate the effect of Chang'an II Decoction ( II ))-containing serum on intestinal epithelial barrier dysfunction in rats. ⋯ High-dose Chang'an II-containing serum attenuates TNF-α-induced intestinal barrier dysfunction. The underlying mechanism may be involved in inhibiting the MLCK-MLC phosphorylation signaling pathway mediated by NF-κ Bp65.
