A Pediatric Emergency Department Protocol to Avoid Intrahospital Spread of SARS-CoV-2 during the Outbreak in Bergamo, Italy.
The pandemic of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 disease affected Northern Italy, spreading from the Bergamo province to the entire country. During reorganization of our emergency department to support patients presenting with coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 disease, we aimed to evaluate whether children play a role in intrahospital spread of the infection.

Multicenter StudyPerineal Groove: An Anorectal Malformation Network, Consortium Study.
To review the Anorectal Malformation Network experience with perineal groove (PG) focusing on its clinical characteristics and management. ⋯ PG seems to be an underestimated anomaly, frequently associated with anorectal malformations. Most cases heal spontaneously; therefore, expectant management is recommended. When associated with anorectal malformations requiring reconstruction, PG should be excised in conjunction with the anorectoplasty.

Rapid Implementation of an Adult Coronavirus Disease 2019 Unit in a Children's Hospital.
To describe the rapid implementation of an adult coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) unit using pediatric physician and nurse providers in a children's hospital and to examine the characteristics and outcomes of the first 100 adult patients admitted. ⋯ Our pediatric team screened, admitted, and cared for hospitalized adults by leveraging the familiarity of our system, adaptability of our staff, and high-quality infrastructure. This experience may be informative for other healthcare systems that will be redeploying pediatric providers and nurses to address a regional COVID-19 surge elsewhere.
