Multicenter StudyPerineal Groove: An Anorectal Malformation Network, Consortium Study.
To review the Anorectal Malformation Network experience with perineal groove (PG) focusing on its clinical characteristics and management. ⋯ PG seems to be an underestimated anomaly, frequently associated with anorectal malformations. Most cases heal spontaneously; therefore, expectant management is recommended. When associated with anorectal malformations requiring reconstruction, PG should be excised in conjunction with the anorectoplasty.

Rapid Implementation of an Adult Coronavirus Disease 2019 Unit in a Children's Hospital.
To describe the rapid implementation of an adult coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) unit using pediatric physician and nurse providers in a children's hospital and to examine the characteristics and outcomes of the first 100 adult patients admitted. ⋯ Our pediatric team screened, admitted, and cared for hospitalized adults by leveraging the familiarity of our system, adaptability of our staff, and high-quality infrastructure. This experience may be informative for other healthcare systems that will be redeploying pediatric providers and nurses to address a regional COVID-19 surge elsewhere.

Multicenter StudyOutcomes of Young Infants with Hypothermia Evaluated in the Emergency Department.
To assess the prevalence of serious infections and mortality among infants ≤90 days of age presenting to the emergency department with hypothermia. ⋯ Of infants with hypothermia ≤90 days of age, 8.3% had serious bacterial infections or HSV. Compared with literature from febrile infants, hypothermia is associated with a high mortality rate. Complex chronic conditions were particularly associated with poor outcomes. Additional research is required to risk stratify young infants with hypothermia.

Method of Blood Pressure Measurement in Neonates and Infants: A Systematic Review and Analysis.
To determine the recommended blood pressure (BP) measurement methods in neonates after systematically analyzing the literature regarding proper BP cuff size and measurement location and method. ⋯ Proper BP measurement is critical in neonates with naturally lower BP and attention to BP cuff size, location, and method of measurement are essential. With decreasing use of intra-arterial catheters for long-term BP monitoring in neonates, further studies are urgently needed to validate and develop oscillometric methodology with enhanced accuracy.
