We following the PRISMA methodology, including meta-analyses and high-level evidence studies (prospective trials, and, when unavailable, retrospective studies). ⋯ Telerehabilitation seems a cost-effective tool for rehabilitation after TKA. Patients' optimization protocols before TKA should include standardized nutraceuticals intake.
