The most critical intervention to control SARS-CoV-2 infection requires appropriate knowledge and attitude towards the virus. ⋯ Health services vocational school students have good knowledge and positive attitude towards COVID-19. The main sources of information were the TV and social media. For this reason, more attention should be given to these issues in the curriculum in order for science-based information sources to be used.

Heart exploration is an essential clinical competence that requires continuous training and exposure. Low availability and accessibility to patients with heart disease constitutes a barrier to acquiring this competence. Inadequate cardiac auscultation skills in medical students, residents, and graduate physicians have been documented. ⋯ The use of the simulator facilitates the acquisition of skills and stimulates learning in the student, which can be attributed to repeated practice, longer exposure time and cognitive interaction.

Analysis of several parameters is required for adequate quality control in umbilical cord blood units (UCBU) when used for therapeutic purposes. ⋯ Cryopreserved UCBUs were HPV-negative. Obtaining CFU DNA from clonogenic cultures with high concentrations and purity is feasible.

On the internet, artificial intelligence has grown to become a program with codes and algorithms that learn and reprogram themselves to carry out pre-established tasks with greater efficiency; although this translates into improvements, the scope of the results and reprogramming are unknown to the programmer. Given the risk of deviation from pre-established objectives and ethical regulations, filters must be installed at the beginning, during and at the end of the process, as alarms for detecting deviations with bioethical implications. The interaction of human intelligence with artificial intelligence has had negative and positive disagreements. Initially, adapting regulations, labor laws and human rights was enough; now it is necessary for ethical standards to be established, such as those formulated in the Barcelona Declaration for the Proper Development and Usage of Artificial Intelligence in Europe.

Hodgkin's lymphoma is due to the clonal transformation of cells originating from B lymphocytes, generating the pathognomonic binucleate Reed-Sternberg cells. Hodgkin's lymphoma is a B cell disease with a bimodal distribution, with higher incidence in adolescence and the third decade of life, showing a second peak in people over 55 years of age. Classic Hodgkin lymphoma cells routinely undergo gene expression reprogramming, as they lose the expression of most of the typical B-cell genes and acquire the expression of multiple genes that are typical of other types of cells in the immune system. The treatment algorithm will depend on whether it is classic or predominantly lymphocytic HL, if it is early stage with unfavorable prognostic markers or not, the initial management regimen, and whether there is bulky disease, among the most relevant variables.
