To evaluate the effect of diet therapy on primary dysmenorrhea in female university students. ⋯ Diet therapy was found to be effective in reducing pain in female university students with primary dysmenorrhea complaints.

Triple negative and triple positive breast cancer have adverse effects than other types of breast cancer. However, triple negative has poor prognosis with short survival as compared with triple positive breast cancer. Good prognosis is one of the key factors for successful treatment trial. This study aimed to find out the association of sociodemographic and reproductive features like parity, menopause, number of child bearing as risk factors in the development and prognosis of triple negative and triple positive breast cancer. ⋯ Reproductive factors have more pathological implications than sociodemographic factors in both triple positive and triple negative breast cancer development. These findings might prove to be beneficial for effective and better breast cancer management.

To find the association of dyspnea and disease severity with anthropometric indicators of malnutrition among chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. ⋯ Dyspnea and severity of disease had significant association with BMI and MUAC among COPD patients. Thus, assessment of nutritional status by measuring BMI and MUAC should be considered to predict the severity of disease among adult COPD patients.

To observe the pre-Ramadan health seeking behavior, fasting trends, eating pattern and, sleep cycle in pregnant women. ⋯ Pre-Ramadan medical consultation regarding safety of fasting during pregnancy should be structured and customized for women and their families. Gaps in knowledge identified in this study may help healthcare professionals to address these issues.

Goal-directed fluid therapy (GDFT) was associated with improved outcomes after surgery. Noninvasive Cardiac Output Monitoring (NICOM) has proved to be a good choice for guiding GDFT. This study evaluated the effect of GDFT based on NICOM on prognosis in elderly patients undergoing resection of gastrointestinal tumor. ⋯ Goal-directed fluid therapy based on NICOM was significantly associated with improvement of prognosis in elderly patients undergoing resection of gastrointestinal tumor which reduced postoperative complications.
