To explore the diagnostic effect of ultrasound imaging on the illness severity, and to analyze neurobehavioral development of neonates with Infectious Pneumonia (IPN), Self- Adaptation (SD), and Spatial Smoothing (SS) technologies were adopted to build SDSS. Then, the WFFSF algorithm based on Wiener Filtering (WF) and Feature Space Fusion (FSF) and the SNRP-FSF algorithm based on Signal-to-noise ratio post-filtering (SNRP) and FSF were introduced for comparison. ⋯ In contrast with traditional algorithms, the SDSS algorithm based on AD has a better reconstruction effect on neonatal IPN ultrasound images. The lung ultrasound score can clearly indicate the severity of the disease and neurobehavioral development of neonate IPN, and the lung ultrasound score is negatively correlated with the severity of the child's disease and the abnormality of neurobehavioral development.

To assess learning styles and the association of various teaching methodologies of medical students. ⋯ Students from different years of study at medical school did not have significantly different learning styles though the student's preferences to teaching methodologies seem to change over time in the respective learning style groups. Longitudinal studies are necessary to identify the factors influencing such change and explore the association between learning styles over time on teaching methodologies in medical education.

Sodium glucose co-transporter-2 inhibitors (SGLT 2 inhibitors) are newer anti-hyperglycemic agents, which improve glycemic control independent of insulin secretion with a low risk of hypoglycemia. This study aimed to assess the efficacy of SGLT 2 inhibitors in terms of glycemic control, weight reduction and safety profile in our patients with type 2 Diabetes (T2D). ⋯ Dapagliflozin and Empagliflozin offer a significant additional drug in improving glycemic control with the additional advantage of weight loss and hypoglycemia safety.

To evaluate marginal fit and internal adaptation of three-unit Zr frameworks fabricated from four Zr CAD/CAM milling systems. ⋯ Different CAD-CAM systems for fabrication of Zr FPD frameworks displayed a significant influence on marginal fit and internal adaptation of restorations.

To correlate the immunofluorescence (IF) findings on renal biopsies of patients of glomerulonephritis (GN) with the clinical course of the disease. ⋯ Immunofluorescence proved an important diagnostic tool in reaching the exact diagnosis in various types of GN. Distinct correlation between IF findings and clinical course of various types of GN was observed. IF negative cases had better outcome and was not having progressive course of disease so prognosis remained better than IF positive cases in this study.
