To evaluate the outcome of thrombolysis in patients of prosthetic valve thrombosis. ⋯ Thrombolysis produces reasonable success rate in cases of prosthetic valve thrombosis who are in functional class I or II. However, it has very high mortality rate in patients presenting with functional class III and IV.

To assess the DNA damage and oxidative stress among traffic conductors and coal miners. ⋯ Increased inhalational exposure to air pollutants via working in traffic or coal mines can impose higher oxidative stress and DNA damage among workers as compared to the general population.

To determine frequency of Muscle Weakness in Non-Hypoxemic COPD out-patients and Comparison with age matched non-COPD Controls. ⋯ Muscle weakness in COPD patients was shown by simple validated bedside tools. The older COPD patients had less HGS and were slower in doing CST whereas those COPD ones who had higher FEV1 had more HGS.

To investigate the clinical dental students' knowledge on the proper dental setting during COVID-19. ⋯ It was noted that clinical dental students have low knowledge on the proper dental settings during COVID-19 pandemic that was recommended by the Saudi CDC guidelines and they must be equipped with adequate knowledge from reliable sources to overcome their insufficiencies such as a well-structured and dynamic curriculum.
