To compare the effect of medial femoral muscle stimulation with medium frequency electrotherapy and conventional rehabilitation therapy on knee function recovery after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. ⋯ Intermediate frequency electrotherapy to stimulate the medial femoris muscle can improve knee function and motion range and reduce the patient's pain after ACL reconstruction.

The primary purpose of this study was to assess and report the perceived negative impact of long duty hours on education and personal well-being among medical trainees in the diagnostic radiology residency training program in Saudi Arabia. ⋯ The 24-hour duty system had a negative impact on radiology residents' education and personal well-being, especially for items related to the post-call day. Reforming duty hours should be considered to promote residents' well-being.

To establish correlation between serum albumin during early days of ICU admission and risk of death in COVID-19 pneumonia. ⋯ Daily monitoring of serum albumin level of COVID-19 pneumonia patients can be used as a biological marker for monitoring of cytokine storm and risk of death in COVID-19 pneumonia.

Sleep is a vital component for overall health and well-being, and it plays an essential role in social, physical, psychological, and cognitive health. This study aimed to appraise the sleep quality in medical and science students during the COVID-19 pandemic. ⋯ The COVID-19 pandemic has a significant negative impact on students' mental health and sleep quality. Both medical and general science students showed alarming levels of sleep deprivation and concerning low sleep quality during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sleep deprivation among students may be due to the sudden change of pedagogy in education driven by the COVID-19 pandemic. Sleep quality is quite a critical issue to be evaluated and addressed nationally and globally.

Identification of colistin resistance and its bactericidal activity against gram-negative bacteria isolated from urinary tract infection (UTI) patients. ⋯ E.coli was the mainly responsible uropathogen causing UTIs. Colistin resistance was found in 22.8% gram negative uropathogens. Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates exhibited highest resistance to antibiotics.
