A thorough insight into the management of hand injuries can shape the approach of a surgeon in order to achieve optimal outcomes for the patients. The aim of this study was to share our experience in reconstruction of the hand and establishing an algorithm for classification and treatment of hand injuries. ⋯ This treatment algorithm for coverage of soft tissue defects in hand injuries will help with the decision making process of hand reconstruction and has didactic value for novice surgeons. It will also form the foundation for further work on this aspect of hand injuries.

Antenatal visits play a very important role to diagnose and manage pregnancy related health issues. This study was an attempt to identify the reasons that increase the risk of postpartum acute kidney Injury with special focus on antenatal care. ⋯ Patients who did not have antenatal care were at an increased risk of developing PPAKI. Financial issues and lack of awareness were the most common risk factors for compromised antenatal care.

To evaluate the impact and clinical effect of high-quality nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly cataract patients and its clinical effect. ⋯ High-quality nursing intervention improves various benefits in the treatment of elderly cataract patients, such as effectively reducing intraocular pressure, ameliorating patients' quality of life, lowering the incidence of postoperative complications, and improving patient satisfaction.

To explore the outcome of nutritional intervention in child health care on infant growth and disease prevention. ⋯ Applying nutrition intervention to child health care plays an important role in maintaining the healthy growth and development of infants and reducing the incidence of nutritional diseases such as anemia and rickets. It needs to be promoted in clinical practice.

Twin pregnancy with one normal fetus and one complete hydatidiform mole: Outcome of expectant management.
Twin pregnancy with one fetus and one complete mole falls amongst extremely rare obstetric situations. The spectrum of complications associated with it is wide. Once diagnosed, the choice between continuation and termination of pregnancy depends upon couple's preference and readiness to accept possible complications. ⋯ We present a case of twin pregnancy with complete hydatidiform mole and coexisting normal fetus diagnosed at 25 weeks. Pregnancy was complicated by anemia, gestational diabetes mellitus, recurrent vaginal bleeding, intrauterine growth restriction and iatrogenic preterm delivery. She was followed for development of GTN, none occurred.
