To explore the clinical value of minimally invasive aspiration and drainage of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. ⋯ In the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, minimally invasive intracranial hematoma aspiration and drainage facilitates the recovery of patients, promotes the improvement of neurological function, and has a high safety profile and an ideal prognostic quality.

Total Knee Arthroplasty is a commonly performed procedure for arthritic knees. Preventing complications is of utmost importance for good functional outcomes and preventing morbidity. Wound closure after the procedure is as important as the replacement aspect of surgery.The objective of this study was to provide subjective and objective evidence of better closure technique and material; we conducted the study so that the outcome of TKA can be further improved. ⋯ The study has shown that Hollander's score was significantly higher in knees closed with sutures as compared to the patients in whom staples were used for wound closure.

To evaluate patient safety attitudes of the frontline health workers in hospitals of Lahore, Pakistan. ⋯ Duration of job experience was positively correlated with patient safety attitudes of hospital staff. These finding could serve as the baseline to shape staff perceptions by cadre in both public and private sector hospitals.

To determine the cause of stillbirth after application of relevant condition at death (ReCoDe) classification system. ⋯ Application of ReCoDe classification is easy to understand and applicable, especially in low resource settings with associated causes identified in vast majority of cases.

To determine the success rate and complications of primary endoscopic third ventri-culostomy (ETV) in infants with obstructive hydrocephalous. ⋯ ETV is successful in 57.1% of infants with obstructive type of hydrocephalous. The post op complications in case of ETV are lower than Ventriculo-peritoneal shunts. Therefore, ETV can be offered to infants having obstructive hydrocephalous.
