The paper uses image stitching algorithm to understand the clinical and pathological characteristics of gastric polyps under gastroscope, and provides objective basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric polyps and nursing intervention. ⋯ Gastric polyps are small in diameter and mostly single; polyps are mainly located in the stomach body, mainly hyperplastic polyps; treatment methods are mostly endoscopic resection, and there is a possibility of recurrence after polypectomy, and follow-up should be strengthened. Full preparation before the operation, close cooperation during the operation, and careful postoperative care are important links to ensure the safety of the operation and reduce complications such as upper gastrointestinal bleeding.

Being diagnosed as positive for SARS-2 CoV RNA on PCR generates anxiety and stress as well as depression due to the prospects of being isolated. With genetically varied forms of virus on the rise the widely adopted manner to protect oneself is social distancing. This is frightening for rehabilitation professionals who at times are exposed at close quarters to the patients as rehabilitation is essential. ⋯ With this literature review we conclude that COVID-19 has resulted in fear of contracting and transmitting this disease among health professionals and can be reduced and managed by provision of tele-rehabilitation and telehealth facilities. Patients emerging from prolonged mechanical ventilations require extensive rehabilitation to restore routine body functions. The role of the otolaryngologist and speech language pathologist (SLP) is formal and direct to ensure appropriate and timely long term intervention and rehabilitation to ensure that these individuals re-enter mainstream activities.

To evaluate the diagnostic value of the rtRT-PCR test and CT in patients presenting with typical clinical symptoms of COVID-19. ⋯ It should be noted that a negative result in the rtRT-PCR test does not rule out the possibility of COVID-19 diagnosis in patients whose symptom duration is longer than five days, who are elderly with comorbidities and in particular who present with fever and shortness of breath. In these patients, typical CT findings are diagnostic for COVID-19. A normal chest CT is no reason to loosen up measures of isolation in patients with newly beginning symptoms until the results are obtained from the PCR test.
