To explore the clinical effect of the application of CT navigation in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis with minimally invasive surgery - transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF). ⋯ The minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar fusion performed with the aid of CT navigation during the operation shortens the duration of operation and the amount of bleeding, reduces the back pain, is beneficial to the early postoperative functional exercise, and speeds up the postoperative recovery.

To determine the association of body mass index (BMI) with 30 days and 1-year mortality outcomes of orthopedic elderly patients after hip fracture surgery. ⋯ BMI classification can serve as an important indicator of adverse early outcomes after hip fracture surgery. Over-weight and obese patients have better survival outcomes and have lower 1-year mortality rate.

To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of rhabdomyosarcoma in children and the efficacy of the methods. ⋯ Rhabdomyosarcoma in children frequently happens in the head, neck and trunk. Embryonic type is the main pathological type of rhabdomyosarcoma. Comprehensive and standardized treatment based on surgery and chemotherapy is an important way to improve the curative effect in the treatment of rhabdomyosarcoma in children.

To explore the role of musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSUS) in the differential diagnosis of gouty arthritis (GA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and to analyze the ultrasound imaging features of the two diseases. ⋯ MSUS has certain diagnostic value in the differentiation of GA and RA. Moreover, the two conditions have their own ultrasound imaging features.

To study the correlations among helicobacter pylori infection, gastrin and colorectal cancer in patients aged over 50 years old. ⋯ No significant correlations among H. pylori infection, the level of gastrin, and the occurrence of CRC in patients with a minimum age of 50 years, suggesting elder colorectal cancer patients may have a different carcinogenic mechanism from those younger patients.
