Validation of the Slovakian Version of the "Post‑acute (Long) COVID‑19 Quality of Life Instrument" and Pilot Study.
The aim of our study was to validate a Slovakian translation of the PAC‑19QoL instrument among Slovakian patients with post COVID-19 syndrome. ⋯ The Slovakian version of the instrument is valid, reliable and can be a suitable tool for research and daily clinical practice among patients with post COVID-19 syndrome.

Factors Influencing the Choice of Automated Peritoneal Dialysis Treatment by Patients Receiving Home Peritoneal Dialysis.
This study was conducted to understand the influencing factors for home peritoneal dialysis patients choosing APD and to provide a scientific basis for improving the completion rate of APD treatment and the follow-up of peritoneal dialysis patients. ⋯ This study provides scientific evidence for improving APD treatment completion rates and improving patient quality of life.

Adherence to Inhalation Devices in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) affects millions of people around the world. Poor adherence to treatment contributes to increased severity of symptoms, morbidity, and mortality. The objective of this study was to establish the adherence of patients diagnosed with COPD by their devices for inhalation in a group of patients, Colombia. ⋯ Adherence to treatment with inhaled bronchodilators and glucocorticoids were not very high, with no significant differences by type of inhalation device. Satisfaction and training by specialists increased adherence.

The Perspective of Patients and Health Professionals on the Prioritization of Assisted Reproductive Techniques. The PRIOFER Study.
To determine the perspective of patients and professionals in Assisted Reproduction Units (ARU) on the importance of assisted reproductive techniques (ART) compared to other elective procedures, to highlight the relevance of ART as an elective procedure and the impact of delayed interventions on patients. ⋯ Preference studies involving patients and professionals can provide important information to define framework criteria for the management of waiting lists for elective procedures, and to prioritize interventions during pandemic periods. The pandemic impact on infertility patients highlights the relevance of developing measures and strategies to cope with similar future situations in the most appropriate way.

Analysis of the Current Status and Factors Influencing Compliance with Colonoscopic Monitoring After Endoscopic Surgery for Advanced Colorectal Adenoma.
Advanced colorectal adenomas are at a risk of malignant transformation following endoscopic resection, and colonoscopic monitoring interval after polypectomy have been widely used. This study aims to investigate the prevailing state of compliance with postoperative colonoscopic surveillance among patients with advanced colorectal adenomas and its' influencing factors at Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University between November 2020 and April 2021. ⋯ Patients with advanced colorectal adenomas had poor compliance with postoperative colonoscopy monitoring. Tailored health education programs should be designed, targeting women, outpatients undergoing endoscopic procedures, and patients with solitary polyps to enhance their compliance with colonoscopy monitoring.
