A Predictive Model for Identifying Low Medication Adherence Among Patients with Cirrhosis.
This study aims to identify the novel risk predictors of low medication adherence of cirrhosis patients in a large cohort and construct an applicable predictive model to provide clinicians with a simple and precise personalized prediction tool. ⋯ This study identified predictive factors regarding low medication adherence among patients with cirrhosis, and a predictive nomogram was constructed. This model could help clinicians identify patients with a high risk of low medication adherence and intervention measures can be taken in time.

Shared Decision-Making in Hemophilic Arthropathy Rehabilitation: A Qualitative Study.
To probe into the needs and barriers underlying patients' participation in shared decision-making related to rehabilitation nursing for hemophilic arthropathy. ⋯ Participation in rehabilitation decision-making among patients with hemophilic arthropathy is affected by multiple barriers. Healthcare professionals should improve their understanding of shared decision-making, offer patients active guidance on participating in the decision-making process, prioritize their affective needs, and formulate professional and effective solutions to support shared decision-making as early as possible.

Dietary Supplement Consumption and Mental Health in Indonesian Adults During Second Wave of COVID-19 Pandemic.
This study aimed to measure supplement consumption behavior and mental health status among Indonesian adults during the second year of COVID-19. ⋯ Taken together, given dietary supplement consumption increased during the pandemic and the potential associations between supplement consumption and mental health, controlling the correct information and regulation regarding supplements, especially their risks and benefits, was important. Additionally, support for mental health issues was necessary, since it might affect self-medication behavior.

Exploring Predictors of Patient Satisfaction in Dental Services: A Secondary Analysis Study.
Understanding the factors that influence the level of patient satisfaction with dental services and identifying the strengths and weaknesses in dental clinics will subsequently increase patient satisfaction and contribute to improving dental care quality. This study aims to evaluate the variables that impact patients' satisfaction with dental services received in specialized dental care centers of the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia. ⋯ The dentist acts as the most significant predictor of patient satisfaction.

Medical Conditions and Preference of Traditional Chinese Medicine: Results from the China Healthcare Improvement Evaluation Survey.
Although complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) is used around the world, there has been a lack of comprehensive understanding of major factors affecting patients' decision to use CAM. This study aimed to describe the preferences of Chinese patients regarding what conditions they will use Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for and to determine the factors associated with these preferences. ⋯ This study reveals a preference for TCM in a large sample of Chinese patients, especially used for prevention. Generally, patients with a higher socioeconomic status had a more positive attitude toward TCM.
